We paid $1M for the bond and $1M for the mining permit (which we have), That is my recollection. I think Sanz was KRY's contact and I remember an article where he was very angry when the environmental permit (the fat lady, wife of then VP) was denied .

Maybe somene has a better memory of these payments, When the question came up that these moneys should be refunded, the statement I read said the money disappeared.
