Any Lawyers out there - Note Holder Ruling

So, are there any lawyers out there that have an idea how long the judge should take before his ruling? I think we are now at about 4-5 days with no ruling so I wanted to ask to see what is the normal time for a ruling. If the consensus is 1-2 days then we know we can move past this point.

Any thoughts??
