Just to expand on that last post Rusoro is the one who promotes Agapov as being their saviour in noting all of the meetings Agapov and Chavez has had in the past thus promoting their Russian relationship with Chavez. Is this smoke mirrors to boost the image of Rusoro as a Russian company? If Russia has forked over all of this money in loans to the Chavez adminstration then where is the permit for "the partner of choice"?

Two things could be happening here. Rusoro is a self proclaimed partner of choice and the VZ gov't see nothing in their commitment to promote themselves as being Russian and only another Canadian company in which they are. OR VZ doesn't know what to do at this point in time after their ploy of trying to wait out KRY has now malfunctioned and both VZ is uneasy as what to do as Russia is probably saying lets get on with it or your loan is in jeapordy.

Then again like some have said Russia will wait it out because they too have invaded VZ along with China and know that Chavez is on limited time and they see the riches involved once he is gone. You have to wonder why all of these countries are flocking to VZ. They are not dumb to realize in the wake of this dictator that if you get in early you could be rewarded considerably in the long term.
