Such announcement was realised by Alfredo Villanueva, minutes after they maintained a meeting with a spokesman of the regional executive, in who the Bolivars participated to two representatives of the Defensoría of the Town of the state, civil servants who accompanied in the consigment by 4807 companies before the office by the Governor Francisco Rangel Go'mez, so that this one was made them arrive at President Hugo Rafael Chávez, who will pronounce around the case of the debt contracted by the Ministry of Basic Industries and Mining, with respect to the offered humanitarian aid during the process of reconversion.
