Unless someone put in an "all or nothing" trade. That might explain why the small bids didn't get picked up. Maybe the largest bid that was at least 700K was at .20. I also know that my orders expire at 4:00 sharp and this trade went through at 4:03 so it could be that most people's orders expired.
