No, you certainly could. I would assume many have liquidated a lot of their KRY loss positions over the past couple years to cover other gains. For the newbies, I'm thinking many have gains. So the tax loss selling might not be nearly as bad as in the past. And I know many who sold it all and stayed out a while and bought back in later thus creating a new lower cost basis.
