Actually Todamoon, it is a British tradition. I would liken it to REGIFTING day! :) It was a day in the past where the Lords or aristocracy took the gifts they didnt want and gave them to the lesser peoples. It is on the 26th of Dec but that was Saturday so we will be REGIFTING today. Here is my regift to you:

The permit will be here after Easter! :)

Truer words have never been said. One way or another we are getting our reward and unless it actually happens ON Easter, it will hold true! :)
