who knows? just file the damn arbitration or get some financing to carry us...the latest statements from hugo show that he has lost all touch with reality in venezuela (and i get the feeling he is starting to point fingers at his inner circle now) ...i think LC/LB are way off his radar and i dont see any major changes (on ven's end) until at least the NA vote this (next) year.
