Pend - I have been in corporate world for a long time with various BOD's. I found that it was rare for Directors to be on only one BOD. The Chairman of the BOD in my last company was a Director on a dozen BOD's though only chairman of ours.

Fung's participation in other BOD's is to me not a negative but rather a sign that he has more time for other things. This usually means the situation has stabilized to a point they are not needed as much. When we turned from loss to small profit our Chairman joined 2 other BOD's since our path was stabilized. I'm hoping that is the case with KRY.
