makin, i'm also curious to know if fung (i mean the company he serves as a director on) was paid the million dollar success fee for "settling the noteholders claim".....i mean, the claim is settled...right?

we should hire the same company to settle the LC claim......i bet they'd have fung negotiate the deal....
