one thing i took away from this document was that kry has an excellent case IF WE ARE NATIONALIZED/EXPROPRIATED.....

i think we are officially at a mexican standoff here. if venezuela does'nt officially take back LC (like they did LB) then how do we file for arbitration? could'nt ICSID see this situation the same as the judge did?

the bright side is that venezuela cant do anything with LC until they deal with us one way or another.. i know it sounds rediculous but vannessa's case may also play into this (vannessa can't claim lost profits if LC was never mineable).

man, somebody out there (goldfields/goldcorp) has got to see the value in financing kry thru to conclusion...the only thing that stands in kry's way of a ton of money is the possibility of running out of money meanwhile....how stupid does that sound...
