A good way to gauge Vz's mining commitments is to look at the kaolin deposit (same stuff that fine china/porcilin is made from).

It was supposed to be fast tracked for the Russians (right). It was an open pit mine and it was close to km88.

Has anyone seen or heard about progress on that front? If they can't get porcelin out of the ground...geezzz...
