While you point of view certainly should be entertained and analyzed, I disagree that EZ was accusing you of stating that the document was false...In most legal systems and arbitration cases..a letter of compliance by an official stating that we are in compliance means that the head honcho also approved of same...I.E. Sanz...If not, then Sanz should have clarified the offical opinion at some point reasonably thereafter....just my thought as a lawyer who has seen this scenario before.
