Crystallex International Corporation is a Canadian-based gold company with a successful record of developing and operating gold mines in Venezuela and elsewhere in South America
All I know is that gold is heading into the stratosphere. This is one of a handful of elephant mines known on the planet. All of the legwork has been completed. The miners in Vz. are pissed off and want things to move forward. We need one word..."yes". All of this against a backdrop of imminent bankrupcy for Crystallex. UNLESS KRY has an unannounced Dutch Uncle (or deal) in the wings...willing to provide us the funding to either wait out the end of Chavez' failed reign (hello!....don't hold your breath)...take us thru arbitration...or by virtue of this financial backing, demand a reasonable negotiated price from a potential suitor...we're screwed.
I like to believe that the recent increase in share price had something to do with our financial saviour. It is very disheartening to look at the facts and realize that, unless there is an 11th hour and 59th minute disclosure of positive news....we're totally F'd.
You can cut the irony with a knife as the gold price continues to soar.
In the movies....the hero overcomes all obstacles and prevails. In real life....good people get cancer and die.
