Closing Price/Print

The closing price will be the AMEX ask price because the AMEX is the Primary Market. This will be the case on every close as long as someone wants to buy the AMEX ask which is what has happened approx 95+% of the time - the other times take place when no one hits the AMEX ask. Again - the Primary Market goes to the head of the line.
