The demonstrators bet themselves against soothes of the Mibam in the bolivarense capital

The demonstrators bet themselves against soothes of the Ministry of Basic Industries and Minings (Mibam), in the avenue the Paragua, where by more than two hours they protested by the payments, that consider did not take place within the framework of commitments contracted by the national authorities.

The spokesman of the miners, Alfredo Villanueva, reiterated how a situation that could have had its aim to have made specific in its totality the honest payments and the social and claiming commitments, today arrived at this end, and from which the unique person in charge is minister Rodolfo Sanz.

After several hours, a commission of the demonstrators was received by a representative of the Mibam, Gustavo Perdomo, that after contacting with the central level made clear that they do not count on financial availability to fulfill the requests of this sector.

The civil servant indicated that they do not have the financial resources and remembered as in 2008 the ready economic allocations “were lowered” to the made specific mining communities in the corresponding payments.

To such respect, the miners retook their threats to initiate a hunger strike in the next days.

Villanueva indicated that this Thursday hopes to be received by civil servants of the Interior, who are acting of mediators before the Mibam without majors positive results.
