The vice president of the National Assembly (AN) Deputy Dario Vivas, said Thursday that you're all set for the speech by heart and mind of 2009, the President of the Republic, Hugo Chávez, to the National Assembly this Friday at 3:00 pm.

In this regard, he further notices to be delivered related to the political reality of our country, for the year 2010.

"It will give (...) expectations for what the President pointed out last night (Wednesday) and there will be some announcements from the standpoint of managing government," said the parliamentarian.

Within the first ten days following establishment of the National Assembly in Special Section, the Chairman or President of the Republic, will personally present a message that will realize in the political, economic, social and administrative aspects of its management in previous year, as stipulated in Article 237 of the Venezuelan Constitution.
