For example definitely reversed the grant of Cuyuní of 500 hectares, which is within the Las Cristinas mining project.

That pussy didn't reverse anything. He tried to kill GRZ by stringing them along. Doug B. cut to the chase and filed. It was GRZ that cut bait with Venezuela. Is he stringing KRY along? To all outward appearances that seems to be the strategy of Venezuela. Anybody have a better assessment of what is going on?
