I am of the belief that if Fung really is despearate for funds and was going the arb route, he would have already had a skeleton crew by now and pinched the pennies. Either that or he is just milking every penny for the directors. Don't see it that way but just stating the possible.

However, if he were that bad, it would have been his track record and I do not see deceit in his previous dealings. That, in itself, is something to had a hat on!
