Assuming Fung is making some kind of progress..otherwise if talks had stalled and were done...we would be filing for arbitration.....this has to have been going on for 5-6 months now....surely to god we must be getting to a point where we will either hear SOME news as to what the heck has been going on these past months....or that we are proceeding with arbitration.....if Roy was right in that Fung was in China for a last ditch effort in early December...shouldn't we have heard SOMETHING by now...there must be some type of inital offer for the us the owners (shareholders) to vote on???.
