joe, i did'nt pick up on this before: anybody know if "civil society" is an opposition group or what? i know "business leaders" are'nt exactly on hugo's buddy list and we dont know which members of parliament he's meeting with....i'm wondering how much of this trip will be meetings with hugos team and how much will be with "other guys"...this is kinda interesting, canada could be fishing for relations with the next el presidente .... imo
