Ianvestor, stating opinion as fact is quite common on boards like this. It is often not meant as fact. Newfie said these were his conclusions and didn't say fact. While we all want to beleive in what he is saying only the most foolish readers would act upon his comments.
As an example you said:

I am certain that what they said is "we have no plans to file bankruptcy". The facts are that money will run out this quarter and there are no financial backers ready to invest in KRY. All we can do is sell equipment, which might possibly trigger the noteholders debt.
Ianvestor you don't say this is your opinion you say it is fact. What proof do you have there are no financial backers ready to invest in KRY. Unless you are privey to inside information regarding KRY asking for financial support and being rejected you are stating your opinion. Even is Kry had asked and been rejected you can't say as fact there are NO FINANCIAL BACKERS unless every option has been explored.
If you had said: The facts are that money will run out this quarter IF there are no financial backers ready to invest in KRY you would be closer to the truth.
Right now your opinions are in the same boat as Newfie's.
