I feel the same way...But stupid question...

Based on everything that has happened and everything that has been said and not said by management, could management really move on and let KRY go bankrupt (with no arbitration) without incurring legal liability?

It seems to me that we have a strong legal case against Lord Vader. It is my hope that the stock jumps a little on an arbitration filing and that, in the end, maybe we make a little more.

I think it would be criminal, let alone negligent, to manage the company in such a way that we cannot, for whatever reason, see an arbitration through...
