sea/of, i think in the current environment (i.e. venezuela SNAFU), nobody is risking any money until they see what happens in the country...

our best bet imo is to sit and wait (if we can finance that) for things to settle (i.e. hugo gets tossed)...then money will start flowing again and kry might have something of value in ven....right now, any offer for the MOC will be at the bottom of the market.

bottom line: as it becomes evident that ven will become a country you can do business in again the offers should flow....the way it's beginning to look, hugo may not make the sept elections for NA....
