Does anyone have an answer as to when this actual "process" started with either the Chinese/Russians or whomever...??..was it mid/end of last summer?...how long can this take??...if this has stalled...file for arbitration...if it hasn't why hasn't there been an offer to present to the shareholders to vote on?..... How long can they possibly give the interested party to review all their material/reports plans etc...3 months/6 months?? any ideas?. How come a company like Agrium can make it public knowledge that they are making an offer for CF...but we aren't allowed to know that (someone) is in talks to take us over/buyout...because it might hurt negotiations????....WTF??...Why the silence always from our BOD..??...SILENCE AIN'T WORKING FOR YOUR SHAREHOLDERS GUYS!!...
