So what does that tell you about the validity of most of whay they say. "Nothing has changed", "High level talks" etc, etc.

Kry says and will only report and divulge "material info" apparently and has said repeatedly they haven't been "officially" informed so in essence I suppose they may be correct in thier chatter. But what about unofficially? What has been directed at them that way? That is quite obvious if one just looks at the small tidbit that kry has been asked to come up with some alternative to arbitration. What transpired in kry's office between them and Vz "unofficially" that brought it to this point? I think we all know, it just hasn't been made official yet.
