GW I got a completely different read on that. It is nice to see they are talking about a river basin and that Hitcher's view is to "allow" the exploitation of natural resource. Hopefully the same opinion comes when mining is in focus in Bolivar state.

One other thing I have noticed is that Hitcher must have lit a fire under some of the Minamb officials because there has been a lot more Minamb articles out there lately. Maybe just maybe he is a man on a mission to clean up Ortega's mess and get things moving again with Minamb.
