I think you missed my point. I think any intelligent person would agree, this wouldn't be an issue if KRY mgmt had never made that comment in the first place. If it wasn't a serious concern and they had viable solutions at their disposal, why did they throw that statement out there and plant the seed of doubt? As you said, it devalues everything they say when they make comments that aren't true (shortly after Easter, etc).
