hugo might stay in power until 2012 (it's possible), but what happens if he loses the NA in september? at this point the NA has handed over complete control to hugo and he is breaking his own constitution at will.....does he continue along the same path? this gets uglier by the day.....

I'm guessing Hugo uses his new show for the sudden "emergency announcement" that Marshall Law is being imposed to maintain order during an alleged insurrection....probably in the wee hours of the morning for dramatic effect.
