any ideas as to what the (AF) is in the case #'s? i'm guessing it means "additional facility" but i'm not sure why that would apply to GRZ/vannessa?? i think the "additional facility" rules only apply if one of the parties is not a member of icsid? just found it odd that the only two cases with (af) in the case number are both gold miners closely linked to our situation....any ideas?
