I know this is a stretch and talking about Hambro's bond sale of $330M at the end of Jan but made me think of this article CJR posted from Saturday:

300 million dollars

During his visit to the Pebble, minister Sanz announced that President Chávez, approved the company/signature of an agreement between the Ministry for the Basic Industries and Mining and the Central bank of Venezuela, for the advantage of auriferous tails.

“This plan will imply an investment of 300 million dollars and will generate 600 uses direct and thousand 900 indirect ones for the population of this zone during seven years, approximately”, emphasized Sanz.
