And from Jan 22, you just never know anything is a possibility at this point. Peter Hambro took a stake in Rusoro a ways back and look what they did just a few weeks ago:

"Russian miner Petropavlovsk (POG.L) raised $330 million in an oversubscribed convertible bond issue on Friday to help pay for its expansion programme."
