Is the dollar topping? Breakdown, breakout or just going to move sideways?

Last few days we got squeezed up to a .32/.33 range, I hope we can break higher.

Seems like the market is up but slow today looking for direction, our volume is less today.

Still waiting for the breaking news on Chavez................................HB
