there's an article about how fedecamaras is negotiating the purchase of energy from columbia in el diario (could'nt cut/paste) it suggests one of the negotiating points is the return of the normal time zone (not that 1/2 hour hugo pipe dream). at the same time hugo and uribe are screaming at eachother in mexico........sounds like noel alvarez might be making a bit of a power play....

oh please let the chamber of commerce leader become one of the new ven leaders!!! it's good for business...
