What is the delay!

The key to the delay is whether KRY Management (Robert Fung) can make something/anything work with the Chavez cronies. And if they can't manage to do that, then KRY Management has failed.. IMO.

MacDonalds Canada managed to work with the old Soviet gangster/criminals, and the oil comPanies work in the most hostile tribal gangster regions of the world today!

KRY Management needs to Hire PROFESSIONAL NEGOTIATORS with the necessary experience in dealing with the WORST people in the world.

If KRY is doing this, what is the delay?
