Its right in the contract GW that the contract cannot be reassigned, sold or transferd without thier approval. You should know that by now.

Don...if a company buys KRY (such that KRY is a 'wholly owned subsidiary' or whatever correct applicable legal definition applies), but KRY continues to operate as KRY....does the contract allow that? I dunno. Just asking.
