Well GW...as long as you ask...I hope it is:

B. Some type of deal with another mining entity with Venezuela excluded from negotiations leading to said deal. Said deal retains legal integrity of MOC.

it could, however, be a hybrid of "B" and:

I. Management will not address how financing will be handled going forward in any concrete fashion (due to ongoing events in Venezuela)
