The last 30k chunk I bought about a month ago took all day. I hit the ask at the 1/2 penny mark and was partially filled, then was topped on the bid all day, and then filled at the end of day.

This stock is much tougher to me to figure what is going on with the trading so I always go back to the black and white facts and apply my rules.

The number one fact is the money we have spent in-country.

The number two fact is the written notifications (after permit denial) from the environment office and CVG that we meet VZ standards for social/environment requirements and moc is compliant.
