It's a waiting game. IMO, Chavez is using stalling tactics in order to run KRY out of the money needed for Arbitration.

And, IMO, if KRY publicly announced that they had the required financial backing for development of Las Cristinas, and by inference for Arbitration, Chavez would fold and issue the required environmental permit or offer an acceptable settlement.

So, Robert Fung, pull the required "rabbit out of a hat" before the May Annual General Meeting. I know you can do it, Mr. Fung.

This "delay" either for announcing a solution to the stalemate, or for the required financing to end the stalemate, is trying both my faith in Robert Fung and Crystallex.

I am sure I am not alone in these expressed.sentiments.
