My thoughts on the possibilities without detail.

1. Settlement/Resolution

2. Arbitration/Financing

3. Bankruptcy

4. Minimal cash infusion from some source and we continue to plod along for 2010.

I think the above is an obvious summary. Many facts and even more speculative opinions exist as to which one of the above will occur. One thing is for sure, cash, or the lack of cash will drive a decision by summer.
