I felt that Chavez deliberately did not allow the press to write any article that boosted Crystallex's image in the local area. There was hardly any article that i know of that mentions, the completion and extension of the local runway, no mention of all the housing built, no mention of a completed hospital and no mention of the water treatment plant until just now; "operating from April, 2009". I think we built a transformer sub-station to supply the mine with the needed electrical energy as well. None of these local constructions were acknowledged anywhere in local or national papers. I believe posotive news like these was purposefully suppressed because we would look too good. It would not be part of their agenda if they had a policy to dump us.
If his is a change of policy toward us we may yet be favored partner in our quest to develop this mine. hopefully this article could be used to expand our usefulness to Vz by publishing some extra positve news. How about an interview with a Vz magazine, etc.
Wouldn't that be great.
I am trully surprized that Crystallex got honourable mention in this paper. This article about Crystallex has made me feel better about our chances for a long time. This is, in my opinion, very meaningful. It's a sign.
If Chavez's attitude is changing toward us the best is yet to come. "PUSH IT" management! Give us some hope.
Golf weather is coming to south western ON soon. I've been practising. Indoors for now unfortunately. Nice winter for a change. Woods and Master, coming up.
I feel great.
