IMO no one will "loan" out millions of dollars without some pretty solid assurances that the money can be repaid. Whoever put up 2.5 million $ must have been given enough information (which we probably have not been provided) to feel confident that the money is not at significant risk.

It gives me a little bit of reassurance ...
