I think it is the public recognition by the company of what the "structures" "transactions" will look like.

The details in the annual report are significant to me. The jv partnership piece is the first time I recall them outright stating it. Plus we know that is what VZ wants. I don't care what they call it just get a deal done that Fung thinks is the best at this time and let's get moving.
