All great points and yes there seems to be a few people out there believing RF's contacts with the Chinese which in everything I have read is quite extensive and I would not in anyway not believe them, he is very well connected.

I don't tend to takes sides on who may be getting these mines due to the fact money talks, KRY has none but their contract talks for them :) Both Russia and China are currently on a huge buying spree for natural resources. My guess is he who offers the most money gets the resource.

I find it quite interesting now that KRY has announced a potential strategic investor. This is a day after we read that Sanz says KRY is still in the hunt. So if KRY is still in the hunt and we have China and Russia competing around the world for resources then who could be the strategic investor and does this raise a flag for the other nation (Russia/China) when they see this they may think they need to get in the game as well? Maybe it is neither Russia nor China time will tell but an announcement of a strategic investor may raise some eyebrows on any company that may have been watching from afar waiting for the political soap opera to play itself out and then pounce....suddenly there is a potential strategic investor...oh oh.
