My main point was really about this statement above. We just heard they are now open to foreign or domestic investors in the gold sector in some other articles. Chavez is saying they are now secure investments for gold and diamonds. Does this mean they feel secure as in the country they obtaining the grants from or secure that they need no more money for these investment areas?
