I can't see how they court even accept an appeal given what we know presently. I would think Kry will use Sanz comments as further evidence nothing has changed should the judge allow the appeal.

You assessment is spot on. I bought a bunch of shares in the 70s and many more in the teens all because I believed not only in Fung but in the true value of Kry. If and I say IF we are truly on the right path to receive the permit the top end value is unthinkable.

What is a permit to mine 30 million ounces of gold worth? Once we are accepted by VZ to mine the door will be open for further projects as well. I have to believe out strategic investor knows the full story and wants to be part of the rocket ship when we take off.
