I don't understand your question. My understanding is KRY is already in a JV w/CVG with a MOC and we are waiting for the enviromental permit. I suppose a buyout could come from a Chinese or Russian company but that is purely conjecture at this point. Not giveing you crap, just wanted to hear more.
