There is no merit of our BOD for the spike in the share price of the passed days ,

they have been dishing honey to us for long time hoping that time will save the day but with no ideas and no forward productive effort as far as anyone knows.

We have ended up in a cash strapped situation where I see no future but maybe some lucky event , like Chavez ousting , will spring up to save us from the final act.

Sure , come June 16 , the boys will bail out and leave the hot potato to somebody that hopes to save the sinking boat.

The institutional investors will tray, as it is happening now , to prop up the SP for as long as they can and when they see the end of the road they will dump everything to save as much as they can .

Sorry for writing such dooms day opinion but ,i am sure , that many of you have this problem lurking in your minds .

Of course hope is a powerful agent and as a such i am engulfed into it.

Best luck to all of us from a very upset share holder, but still hopeful into a positive outcome from this situation.
