Putin looked embarrassed to be there.....especially when Hugo started draping all the ribbons and costume bling around his neck. I was waiting for him to top it off with a big floppy Sly Stone pimp hat. Hopefully Putin had the brains to dump all of that crap in a dumpster a couple of blocks from his hotel to avoid bursting Hugo's bubble.
