I think you might be right. IMHO Fung has a deal with the Chinese to supply the financing and become our strategic investor once a JV deal is struck with VZ.

This JV gives us a much greater value than either arbitration or selling. Fung talked about billion at last years AGM where discussing the value they would ask if they were to go to arbitration.

What are we worth in a JV with VZ being backed by the Chinese? A hell of a lot more than $6 I would imagine.
